These Terms & Conditions govern membership and website use for Solitaire Fitness, operated by Solitaire International LLP, across all branches in Hyderabad including Mehdipatnam, Attapur, Shaikpet, Nagole, and Shantinagar.
By purchasing a membership at Solitaire Fitness or using our website, you agree to these Terms.
Membership & Access
- Membership is valid only for the selected branch unless otherwise specified.
- Branch transfers may be permitted subject to management approval.
- Operating hours, trainers, and class schedules may vary by location and may change without prior notice.
- Membership is non-transferable and non-shareable.
Payments
- All fees must be paid in advance.
- Fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated.
- Prices are subject to revision at renewal.
- GST and applicable taxes will be charged as per Indian law.
Cancellation & Refunds
- Membership once activated is non-refundable.
- No refunds for partial usage, absenteeism, relocation, or personal schedule conflicts.
- Freeze requests (if permitted) must be approved in writing via email or app.
Health & Liability
- Members confirm they are medically fit to engage in physical exercise.
- All workouts are undertaken at the member’s own risk.
- Solitaire Fitness is not responsible for injuries, except in cases of proven gross negligence.
- Personal belongings brought into the gym are the member’s responsibility.
We strongly recommend consulting a physician before starting any fitness program.
Personal Training
- Trainers provide fitness guidance, not medical advice.
- Results vary between individuals.
Code of Conduct
Members must:
- Use equipment responsibly
- Maintain hygiene
- Wear appropriate workout attire
- Respect staff and fellow members
The following may result in termination without refund:
- Harassment or misconduct
- Damage to property
- Use of banned substances
- Sharing membership access
CCTV & Safety
CCTV surveillance may be operational in common areas for security purposes.
Website Usage
Users agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, or copy content including logos, branding, or training materials without permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under Indian law, Solitaire Fitness shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the membership fees paid for the current billing period.
Amendments
Solitaire Fitness reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued membership or website use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
